AMSOIL released a new brochure comparing the AMSOIL Synthetic 10W-30 Motor Oil (ATM) with 10 competing conventional, synthetic, and synthetic blend 10W-30 motor oils - The Results were outstanding. 
 
The brands that were compared are: Castrol GTX, Chevron Supreme, Shell Formula, Valvoline SynPower, Mobil 1 Extended Performance, Motorcraft Synthetic Blend, Kendall GT-1 High Performance, Pennzoil Platinum, Quaker State Horse Power, and Trop Artic Synthetic Blend.  To see the results click here.

AMSOIL Synthetic HT Series High Temperature Lubricating Oils (HTL, HTM, HTN, HTO) are discontinued and will be available while supplies last. 
 
Please keep in mind that although AMSOIL is discontinuing the above products, there is still an extinsive line of synthetic lubricants for manufacturing and industrial processes.  This includes gear oils, compressor fluids, hydraulic fluids, and greases.

AMSOIL has announced a price decrease effective March 1st.  The decrease will mainly affect lubricants.  You will see the price of some go down between 15 cents and 30 cents per quart.  This represents a 60 cent to $1.20 decrease per gallon.  Other lubricants will be impacted less.

P.i. Money-Back Guarantee Extended Through May 31, 2009
AMSOIL will continue to offer the money-back guarantee on AMSOIL P.i. Performance Improver through the spring of next year to capitalize on the product’s fuel economy benefits. This money-back guarantee will be extended through May 31, 2009.  If you have any questions about this product or would like a brochure emailed to you, please let me know.

For some, buying oil from the store presents a challenge for them because they don't have the means to change it themselves. Because of this, I am now offering to change the oil in your vehicle for $10 for the labor.  I will take care of disposing the oil.  This offer only applies to customers that purchase oil and filter either from me or directly from AMSOIL using my Z.O. #1246700.  This also applies to any of my current Preferred Customers.  Due to limited space, I can only due this on cars and medium size trucks and SUVs with a maximum of 7 quarts.
